When reporting errors, it'd be appreciated if you could follow some simple guidelines...

1. Use descriptive titles!
Good example:
include(header.php) Error while Deleting a friend
Bad example:
help!!!!!!!!!!!1111


2. Describe the problem accurately.


3. If you can reproduce the error, tell us how.

If you can't, then don't post it. (it's not a bug if it doesn't happen..)


4. Check if someone else has already reported the error.


5. Errors in your BBCode/CSS do not belong here. Try Help.

6. Say when it happened, how it happened, and what you expected to happen.

Most people don't know what part the header or footer is. (I do infact, I know every part of 3DS Plaza!) But I agree with the titles.

I have an error/bug that I would like to report. Whenever I try to use my Notepad app, something comes up saying: Access denied for user 'thrdsplamembers'@'%' to database 'thrdspla_members'
I don't know why it does this whenever I try to use it, but it won't let me use it and it repeats the same thing over and over that my access has been denied. I asked Helpdesk+ about this and they told me to report it in the error reports.
