Well I don't believe whites can experience racism in the systematic way, the way is POC do. Like, getting denied jobs from being Mexican or black or Asian. I think it happens most to black people, though.

Especially with names because people could have cultural names (I don't but probably because my dad is white, my mom is the Mexican one).

Basically I'm saying it's not right to be assholes to whites for like being white but if you're being legit racist, yeah I'm gonna be a jerk.

You can't like systematically oppress a white person. No white person has ever not gotten a job or something only for being white.

And while I make fun of white people sometimes, they're jokes.

And I understand making jokes about other races as long as they don't go too far.

I don't go too far with my white leople jokes it's mostly me laughing at the "white people think everything is spicy" stereotype, because going by my white friends it's so true....

I also make lots of jokes about how bad Kool Aid tastes when white people make it and that they should leave it to the blacks and us Mexicans.

Just a tip, add at least 3 cups of sugar...

Doesn't exist, at least not on the scale you're making it out to be. The reason most minorities are denied jobs are because they have neither the qualifications or exhibit behavior that makes one 'Unhireable', with Blacks having the worst of the lot overall due to the terrible state of Black communities in the United states. It's also illegal to discriminate by race in hiring practices.

I said the main factor in why minorities are turned down is due to lacking qualifications and exhibiting poor personal conduct that makes them unlikely to be hired when it comes time to find an actual job.

I mentioned the fact that racial profiling, your reasoning behind why minorities are turned down, is illegal across all 50 states, which means that even if it does happen, it cannot possibly happen at such a frequency that it's actually affecting the statistics in any significant manner, as then the illegality of it disincentivizes businesses from taking up that practice and we'd be seeing more civil court cases about it, thus it's a pointless thing to bring up when having this discussion.
