Since I have to still put it in layman's terms for you, it's inherently impossible for any country to ever have #1 as an average. That is an anorexic person. Perhaps replace it with a picture depicting a malnourished person without an eating disorder that could be representative of a country with a hunger crisis.

And to answer the actual thread;
The most recent reputable statistics I found state that the average weights for males and females in the United States are 196lbs and 156lbs, respectively.
So everyone who's from the US should say something around 4 or 5. Howeverrrr, that's probably grotesquely inaccurate because OP showed pictures of males and females randomly for each "weight/shape" when males an females have different body compositions.
