*Team A*

Blake: "Here it is, the Extreme Training Center!" *Dozens of gleaming high-tech machines are all over the place*

Connor: "WOAH! This place is amazing!"

Sophie: "How come hardly anyone knows about this place?"

Blake: "It's secret, it was only ever intended to be used by top trainers"

Summer: "Then why're you showing it to us?"

Blake: *Smirks "Just.... have fun on them, this one's for training speed, anyone want a go on it?"

Connor: "Definitely!"

Blake: "For the machine to work, both the trainer and the Pokemon must be on it"

Connor: "Okay, let's go Wolfy!"

Blake: "Begin Level 1"

*It starts moving incredibly fast*

Connor: *Shocked* "This... IS LEVEL ONE!?!"

Blake: "Get ready for the obstacles!"

*Energy balls start getting fired at them*

Connor: "AHHHHH!!!"

*One goes flying at his balls*

Connor: *Collapses to the floor*

K.J.: "Dude... you okay?"

Connor: *Inhales deeply* "...FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUIUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!"

Caseymac: *Holds ears* "Ouch, you could hear that in Sinnoh"

Blake: "Yeah, so everyone go choose a machine, there's a healer over there in case your Pokemon faint"

Summer: "What about us fainting!?!"

Blake: "Pffffft, I thought you were up to the challenge"

Caseymac: *Jumps onto a machine* "Yeah, c'mon guys! Let's go!" *The machine spins rapidly, throwing her flying off of it*

Sophie: *O_O* "Woah."

K.J.: "Is she hurt?"

Caseymac: "I'm starting to doubt the safety of these machines"

Machine: "Level 1"

*Connor's trying again on the machine*

Connor: "This may be the only way to get better! Let's go!" *Gets knocked flying*

K.J.: *Goes over to a machine* "Huh, a charging power machine" *Sends out Rapidash* "Charge up Flame Charge! Now all I need to do is focus on the mach-" *Fire blasts out on him* "....Ow"

Summer: "All right, so on this machine all you have to do is dodge the blasts of water" *Sends out her Mudkips* "Let's do this"

Sophie: "What's this machine do?" *A trap door opens underneath her* "Ah!" *Jumps away* *Sweatdrops* "Must be for jumping training"

Caseymac: *Is back on the spinning machine* "Okay Umbreon, let's do this! Use Dark Shield!" *The machine is going too fast and they get thrown off*

*After an hour more of this*

Connor: *Walks over to Blake* "Are you sure this training works? The only thing that's happening is people getting hurt"

Blake: "I'll prove it, send out any of your Pokemon"

Connor: "Ember, Go!"

Blake: "Sawk, use Fatality!" *Sawk kicks Ember repeatedly, before throwing him up into the air and kicking him into the ceiling*

Connor: "Woah!"

Blake: "See, you just need to try harder"

Caseymac: *Getting thrown off a machine in the background*

Connor: "Fine, let's try again"

Machine: "Level 1"

Connor: *Manages to keep up with the machine* *Dodges the Energy balls* "Huh, I did it!"

Machine: "Level 2"

*The machine gets faster and shoots out more Energy balls*

Connor: *Grits teeth* "I can do this!"

Sophie: *Managing to keep up with the trapdoor opening and closing*

Caseymac: "Okay Umbreon, HOLD ON TIGHT!" *Isn't getting thrown off* "Dark... Shield!"

Umbreon: *Pulls off the move*

Caseymac: *Jumps into the air* "YES! ....Wait...." *Gets thrown off*

Summer: "Okay guys, you can do it! DERP BOMB!"

Mudkips: *They manage to do it*

Summer: "YES!" *Gets blasted off*

K.J.: "Okay Rapidash, you've charged up enough! Try using Flame Crash!"

Rapidash: *Manages to do it with*

K.J.: *Grins* "Brilliant"

Connor's Machine: "Level 10"

Connor: "Come on!"

Wolfy: *Thinking* "I can run like lighting..." *Jumps into the air and crashes into the machine like a Gale force wind*

Connor: "Brilliant Wolfy! I'll call that Gale Strike!" *Gets blasted off by an Energy ball* "Ouch, I... got distracted"

Sophie: "Hah! We're doing immense!"

Connor: "Look out Jack, we're coming for ya!"

Jack: "Hmph, looks like it's time for the battling to begin"

*Team A*

Connor's Machine: "Level 27"

Connor: "Oh Crap! It's time for the battles"

Caseymac: "Already?"

Blake: "Looks like my job's done, see ya" *Runs off*

K.J.: "I wouldn't worry about it, I think we're up to their level"

Sophie: "Well what're you waiting for? Let's go!"

*Outside the Pokemon Center*

*Team A run up to Team B*

Keith: "We've been waiting"

Summer: "So how are we going to do this?"

Jack: "The Captains choose a teammate to go up and battle, the Team Captains will have the final battle with eachother"

K.J.: "So we'd better choose wisely then"

Lindsay: *Smiles* "Yeah, and then maybe you won't be crushed~"

*Team A's huddle*

Caseymac: "So how're we going to do this?"

Sophie: "I say we start strong"

Connor: "Okay, Caseymac, that's your job, go and win the first battle for us!"

Caseymac: "Well, I'll try"

*Team B's huddle*

Tremayne: "Who first then?"

Jack: "Dan, blast them out of the water"

Daniel: "Hah! Me and Toto will break them down!"

Connor: "Hey! We're waiting!"

*Daniel and Caseymac step forward*

Caseymac: "All right, one Pokemon each, Let's go!" *Sends out Umbreon*

Daniel: "Toto! Go!"

Caseymac: "Dark Shield!"

PokeDex: "Umbreon's Speed has risen! Umbreon's Defence has risen!"

Daniel: "Pfft, like that will do you any good! Water Pistol!"

*It's too fast to dodge*

Caseymac: "Dark Pulse!"

Daniel: "Water Pulse!"

PokeDex: "Umbreon is confused!"

Daniel: "Try and get out of that one!"

Tremayne: "The odds seem to be in our favour"

Caseymac: "Dark Pulse!"

Daniel: "Water Pistol!"

Caseymac: "Dark Pulse!"

PokeDex: "Umbreon hurt itself in it's confusion!"

Caseymac: "NO!"

Daniel: "Let's finish this! Water Pistol!"

*Umbreon faints*

Caseymac: "It was going so well..."
