Another thing: For bows it would be better to have 0 stars melee 6 stars range with good mods than 6 in both with crappy mods.

I updated my weapon stats on my Great Reaper Palm.It has:
Melee Defense +1
Health +1
Poison +3
Side-dash ch. shot +1
Melee dash attack +2

I have so much good weapons it's not funny... but i just got really good eyetrack orbitars... -im one of the jerks who use slip shot and homing boost

A dark looking cannon would be the doom cannon... And i troll with clubs... Quick charge, homing boost, slip shot, invisible shots.
