It has not been confirmed as a new forme, it was stated as being "A Pokemon with a connection to Mewtwo". That could even mean something along the lines of Phione and Manaphy. Spreading rumors is a no-no.

As for the "Godspeed Mewtwo" rumor, that probably came from a photo posted on Japan's 2ch of what seemed to be a poster of the new 16th movie coming this June to Japanese theaters, Extremespeed Genesect: Mewtwo's Reawakening (in which Mewtwo will be returning) [The title had a different, much more loose translation of "Genesect of Godspeed"]. The poster with the new Pokemon has not yet been confirmed to be real or a fake, due to it bearing an impeccable resemblance to a real poster advertising the movie, which featured Mewtwo instead.

Everything cleared up? Good. You can return to calling it "Majin Buutwo" now.
