BTW, here are steps of failure:
1. Release date is told.
2. It's in a few days.
3. After all the waiting, they delay the date.
4. Repeat.

Wait. I have a question for you guys. Flipnote studios allowed you to record up to one minute of animation&volume(using the mic to record a song),so will flipnote 3D have a longer recoding time,or is it still a minute of animation?

Of course it's a glitch, the service was already finished for the world, but something happened cause Japan overused it.

It's not Glitchy. Glitches are mistakes in an game or application. Not an service that gets overloaded...
