This would be hell for the community manager(s) (Me, Rob, [SomeLuigi?]) then the mods.

Well, Rob (and SomeLuigi?) could cover the time I'm asleep, since we live in opposite timezone, but idk. As for me, I could cover the pacific timezone from 10:00am-11:00am and 3:00-11:00pm but my life will be busy, so I cannot fully predict that.

But just being honest, I don't like this idea much. Mods should deserve when they want to come on. Some want to do their homework early. Some want to play video games with their other friends and paying no attention to the chat. Some just don't want to come on when they're off of school.

Not locking this just because I don't like this idea.

I explain that this was just an idea and I wrote in the comments that I do not want this to happen.

Yet...
The mods keep on acting like I never said this.

Me:I said I'm not wanting this to happen and I posted that I knew the mods have lives.

Mod 2ointless idea.

Me:For the last time idiots, I said this is an idea I don't want to happen!


Now, this is the part where a mod or a user replies back and keeps on going
I'm expecting someone like Mega to be one of those people to reply back faster than the others.

Hurricane13, why the hell should you choose the times of when moderators should get on? This isn't like we in the army and mods should wake up and go on to duty as says in your little schedule. These mods are already active, unless you expect them to waste their lives on a chat site just so you can share a laugh later in the future. Not like I would share a laugh either.

In honesty You guys are really looking at only the bad side of this.
@Mega: Your Not That Correct. Mods aren't on alot but they are most of the time.
@Jaron: As Hurricane Said You Dont Have To leave on the given time clearly shown with a "+"
@Gamesaddict43: Hurricane also said that you can call in sick or get someone else to cover you OR if you know a mods online you don't need to get online. Its Really Not that bad.

My Opinion on this is that its a great idea with a great name! The thread looks well laid out and was explained well. The negativity isn't constructive so yet not needed. If you don't like the idea DO NOT POST!

I want to see something like this implemented.

Leroy, the only reason why moderators aren't on that much is because they have a life to live. Mods are people too, they have school, maybe have family issues, etc. What do you guys expect? Mods to be there 24/7 no matter what? What if a mods' family's house was on fire by accident but the moderator of this site just was a retard and stayed modding this site waiting for death?

This idea is so-so meaning in between. You can't tell others to come on a social media site to mod, they come when they have the time. Besides, there's a lot of mods, lots of time.
