I would promote users that actually go in less populated chats and don't keep their butts in most populated chats all the time. There's only like one or two mods that actually try and go in less populated chats. But we need Atleast a few more cuz I'm like always in them and users do break rules in there.

Demote almost all chat mods and remod actually decent users from there. Some of the chat mods are awesome. Others are not.

Leave the forum mods.

Not necessarily. I really like less populated chats. I dislike most populated... Mostly because too many people and some are rude and yea.
