Even if you do get people to listen to you somehow, how do you plan on persuading the "bully's" to be nicer? Do you think you are some sort of phsycologist? You aren't. You don't have that skill, not can you teach yourself to have that skill.

I don't know what's going on, but LeafLindsay made a very good point. They can change if they want. You cannot force it. Just like religion, you cannor force it down someone's throat. They have their own beliefs.
