In my opinion, this site needs major upgrades. So a small team of structure managers should be put together.

Also, anytime a mod bans somebody, a description should be given as to why he/she was banned. Then a ban manager could review it, and unban the person if it was unjust.

I know users who are awesome at profiles and aren't even profile mods yet ( coughdrakejerichocough ). You would need someone who knows what they're doing and someone who knows how õ control moderation statuses.
Don't get me wrong, I think kyleelyk would be a great profile CM, I was just pointing out my opi.
