Seriously though, wouldn't said family member not care if it hurts for a minute if they wanted to say goodbye first? Wouldn't most people choose to die slowly?

Goddamn people are selfish. The answer is Quick, regardless of circumstances. Why would you want someone to suffer more than they need to, and why would you delay yourself only to not get the closure you actually want?

It hurts them more than anything else when they have to say Goodbye, because they have to leave acknowledging the fact that they left you behind, and on your own.

Quickly. Always. It saves both of us from grief and unnecessary suffering.

Notice how I say depending on the person. I was abused until I moved out 3 years ago. So he will deserve a slow painful torturing death. Now my mom quick. I can't handle seeing her in pain.
