Some users on this site have siblings y'know, and some of them might want to get on 3DSPlaza like us. Just because somebody says "My brother is getting on Plaza on my IP, so don't think it's my alt", it does not mean you should straight away ban the original user who had said a thing or two like that. You may never know when they actually have a sibling that tried getting on. The only way of receiving proof is by:

Skyping
And/Or having a Facebook group chat with you ( the moderator ), and the 2 siblings

Well, duh. But since registration is closed, and Levi received Harley's password, he gave Harley's pass to his sibling, although it's Harley's account.

I actually did help my 8 year old brother make an account here, which he was able to do with his own dsi because my dad forced me to. He only spent ten minutes on there and never went back on again. He didn't know how to read at the time and he forgot his password.
