little5 (2014-11-03 05:17:57)"October 31st to (insert current month and day)" would've been a much less confusing way to state it.

Practically all of us are kids here, and most have very little moderation experience. There's no authority to give you guidelines and you're left on your own to learn how to moderate properly....so I know from personal experience that it takes awhile to get used to...handling users properly, what a fair ban is, etc. and mistakes are likely to happen during that time. Of course, moderators should ideally be flawless, and they should all strive for that...but I don't think a rare mistake should be strictly condemned (unless it's somehow a severe mistake). I know I probably just made moderation sound like brain surgery; but it obviously is a big deal to moderate 'properly' if all this drama happens.
Now, I highly appreciate this thread. It's good to see the CM finally showing some effort...however, I can't help but to think that the CM shouldn't wait for "valid proof"....the best proof is to be there yourself, and to do that you should be involved. I understand the CM can't be on 24/7, and perhaps he is trying to be involved...but it seems, in my personal view, that the CM only waits for the community to uproar before even considering demotion for a mod. I think it would be ideal to always try to be on top of these things...so when the community uproars, the CM can make a more educated decision....or better yet, make an educated decision before the community uproars.
I'm not entirely familiar with current situations to begin with, but I just felt like I needed to say this...
~Nia~Teppelin~ (2014-11-03 15:55:20)^Didn't read this fully.
I guess this is a good idea? IDK.
I want to also know one thing, this is techniqually a new start when legit complaints been going on for months and nothing has been done uh okay, why now?

SackThing101 (2014-11-03 21:43:56)I am working on demoting myself, the thing is, I don't see what's wrong with them. Perhaps it's just me not being on at certain times, or they misbehave when I'm not around. Though, I sometimes do lurk logged off.
PhoenixDawn (2014-11-03 23:36:57)Stealthily lurking. That's what I do at school. :/

It's basically every year their strikes reset.
Today is the 2nd (my time), so it would be from November 2nd to October 31st. October is before November if I'm not mistakened.
EDIT: Oh, my mistake. I said "to" instead of through. Let me fix that.
