^ She identifies with "no gender", so she doesn't refer to herself as a boy or girl...Though I don't know how gender is defined, but if your sex is female, your title should be feminine (She/Her/Miss/Mrs/Ms).

Sex is basically male or female. (not the other kind) I am male, yes. But I act more of a female than male.
