Careful (+Special Defense -Special Attack)
Impish (+Defense -Special Attack)

The careful nature isn't particularly useful, as many decent special attackers are paired up with above average special defense.

On the contrary, Impish is incredibly useful, as there are very few Pokemon that have good defense and special attack.

Oh, you said traits?
