Cierra left for personal reasons..

Carter left more because of Kira than little5. I spent countless hours protesting Kira with him. He realized that it was pointless, and decided the best course of action would be to leave, rather than cause himself more stress over somebody so pathetic. Which is what happens to everybody who comes in to contact with Kira.
