I think the general idea of a hall of fame is a fun idea...however I was a little lost at "Happy Points"...I think that would be difficult to keep track of, and I'd also struggle with the concept of legitimacy. Points of any kind isn't really something I'd expect to see on a Hall of Fame profile, overall.

Also, "Hall of Fame" shouldn't necessarily be just for good or respected users....for example, Zero made quite a name for himself despite it not being a very good one. Perhaps instead of "Compliments" it should just be "Comments".

Happy badges determine your rank too. You can have 420 happy points but still be stuck on gameboy rank because you have no happy badges.
