First of all, everyone is ignorant to some extent. ad ignorance can be cured. Ignorance is just not knowing that you don't know. How do you fix that? By letting the person know they don't know. In this case, I would not feel the need to put the poor bastard up for adoption.
Moving along, the other problem here is that we need to define what boring is. What is boring? I'm a very interesting person, but I may come off as boring because autism. There has to be something interesting about everyone. Everything is interesting. Even someone who is remarkably unremarkable, that in itself is interesting. But, again, what even is boring? How'd you all jump to "expressing oneself"?
