The only time you should lie is when someone looks horrible or when their food tastes bad. Other than that, you should tell the truth. Telling the truth about something you did is what you deserve. If you punched your sister in the face and you tell your parents that you did it, you get told off. I guess that is fair. Just like Heaven and Hell.
