2. Pleasuring oneself is uncreative and inappropriate. We can all just assume we'd explore down under if we woke up as the opposite sex since that's a no-brainer, so you don't have to say it, and you shouldn't be saying it here either.

Also, like I said you'd have to experience ovulation/PMS before the actual period, which takes about a week anyway....Unless the spell specificied otherwise. Waking up in the midst of ovulation wouldn't be probable (not that waking up as your opposite sex is probable) because men don't ovulate...so as you change sex in your sleep, your womb wouldn't be in the middle of procreating because it's, in a way, "new". Assuming the womb's marurity matches your age (and assuming most people here are old enough), PMS could happen during that week or even on the day you wake up, but you'd only be experiencing hormone changes and possibly cramps. If you really want to bleed from below, maaaaybe you might spot near the end of the week, but it won't be anything gushing.
