Do You Listen To Music While You Sleep?

I used to but my headphones kinda broke because of it so I stopped.
It helped me fall asleep quicker and it would wake up at a good pace every morning that actually made me feel awake before I even got out of bed (I'm not a morning person so this is important to me).

Also, there's nothing unhealthy or dangerous about falling asleep with music...unless you're blasting the music or something, there's no risk of harming yourself. If you don't react well with music while you sleep, you may lose some needed rest, but otherwise no damage is done.
Some people are actually benefited with better sleep when music is involved, so it just depends on the person.

It would be crazy distracting for me. All of my music is fast paced and would probably keep me awake.
