Then why Flipnote got delayed? Not just because Nintendo is messing with us, they might have encountered some very difficult technical difficulties, or something went wrong on the server.

well ive been waiting forever, c'mon i cant wait for it to come out! its september and no flipnote 3d in eshop.

Right now, Japan are probably laughing their ass off at us for not getting FS3D yet. Idrc.

Japan always gets the best exclusives:

Taking Pictures With Super Mario
When people buys a eShop card, they get a free AR Card, then that card can be used on a free app that allows you to use those cards.

They can download music from their 3DS!
They have like an iTunes store, browse thru songs and download them right into their 3DS.

But the US is still patiently waiting for it.

That's why I want to learn Japanese and get a Japanese 3DS to take those advantages here in the US.
