I wouldn't really mod many people. I think it's fine. I'd give chat mod powuhs to AngelRibbons and give forum mod powers carlos11.

Foreverluv for chat mod
Pros-
Often online in the less popular chats in the day.
Often online in the less popular chats at night.
Doesn't break rules.
Is very helpful.
Cons-
Doesn't use the rp room.
Doesn't go into popular chats often.
LeafLindsay for forum mod
Pros-
Active in many parts of the forums.
Cons-
There aren't any.
(I don't think we need Lindsay as a chat of considering that she only stays in the most popular chats, we don't need any more popular chat mods)
Archroma
Pros-
Active in the rp room.
Cons-
Very strict on rules.

Users I'd demote:
Esteve
I barely see him online. There are other users who are online in the rp room that would be better for the chat mod position.

Anyway, I guess it'd make sense for me to make a list also.

- Esteve - Demote - Pretty much everything little5 said.
- Foreverluv - Promote (Chat) - Really active in the less populated chats, reports to mods whenever there's a rulebreaker, why not?
- LeafLindsay - Promote (Chat) - Pretty active in chat, follows rules most of the time..
- iceman - Promote (Chat) - Pretty active in chat, follows the rules, pretty friendly person.
- carlos11 - Promote (Forum) - I think we can call agree that Carlos is the most reasonable choice for next forum mod. Really intelligent, quite active, in all of the forums most of the time, not a brony.
