Well, in case I haven't made it clear enough, my point is that enforcing this "rule" is impractical. There is no way of knowing if work that appears on multiple websites blongs to someone without tracing it back to the website where it originated and receiving confirmation from the person that posted it there first, which would be the author.

Using Spencer as an example, I could accuse him of plagiarizing. Of course, I don't think he's guilty.
Furthermore, it doesn't hurt anyone and more importantly, this is a website by kids, for kids.

Come on, this is something we frown upon, not something we punish for.

If this DOES become a rule, mods shouldn't abuse their power. I believe as long there is a source added, it is NOT plagiarism. Same with quotes.
