supposed to be relevant? Flooding is flooding, and you're supposed to hold mods to a higher standard than you hold the average user, and that includes making punishments harsher on them and rules being more strict on them than any other user as a result.
Seriously, is the moderator team this inept? Do you people not understand how this is supposed to work?
Even if we do ignore the flooding, there are several other complaints against this mod in particular, and this same mod has shown a disgusting lack of professionalism by their few posts on these forums (See: 'Was Carlos11's ban fair?' thread)
If it was me, I'd drop this one in a heartbeat.

Flooding the chats the way it does should not be allowed.
Also, let's not forget that it does ban for no reason. That imbecile banned me for saying "Hi, Scrotum." This is no joke. All in all, immaturity and incompetence are the obvious reasons why it should be demoted.
