My planet would be slightly larger than Earth, and be a bit farther away from the sun than Earth. The surface would be covered in ice and snow, with trees that grow the perfect fruit, a combination of sweet and crunchy mixed with pinch of sourness. Most of the life on the planet is hidden under a thick sheet of ice, making interaction between species from the surface and underground rare.
