Okay, From my crap-ass knowledge of things like that, Check your system files (Like the .dll stuff, I'm tired). I've seen sneaky viruses hide themselves as something like this:
Real: "Sysbios32"
Fake: "Sysbios16/Sysbios64"
Now, I'm not saying delete anything with a 16 or a 64, as those can be legit, but do your research on the .dlls.

In my experience, I've tried to use a third-party antivirus/antimalware program and it screwed up my PC. That's why I stick to MSE, or no virus/malware protection at all. Because I can take care of my PC's files.

Also, from the methods I used to clean out my PC worked. It also worked for a friend's PC that I fixed by going in myself and deleting unnecessary things. like your dozens of albums of clop pics

I want to see if it works for anyone else's, since my PC and my friend's PC were fixed that way.
