Why watch an anime for the background music you won't even pay attention to until you listen to it without watching a fight?

It's not necessary for all manga to have an anime adaptation, and vice versa. Mekakucity Actors shouldn't exist and Serial Experiments Lain's short manga adaptation barely scratches the surface of the anime.

Also the Attack on Titan live action movie is going to suck.

If the music's good enough, I'd notice it and it makes the fight 100x better. For Example: Elfman vs Bacchus, pretty average fight, Bacchus kicks Elfman's ass, Elfman turns the tables and they both take damage. They both stop and are at thir limit, then really badass music plays as the viewer's blood is pumpin', who would win? Somewhat obvious who was going to win and I probably wouldn't ever think about it or go back to it, but with dat music, dat music is what got me.

Plus, I'd rather hear and see, than just see, although that's just a plus for a dub anime.

Double plus, the music also makes sad moments even sadder and stuff.

Also, it's not like the animation makes the anime unwatchable, it's not so bad that I'd drop it for the manga. The only anime I'd drop for the manga would be Groove Master Rave, because the dub sucks, and the anime didn't end where the manga did (I think)

I actually don't like manga very much because I can't read it. Light novels are good though.
