little5 (2016-05-01 00:07:00)No one likes Anita Sardineseason. As far as I know, most feminists don't even care for her. She is so irrelevant that the only feminist I've ever seen praise Anita is Anita. I've only see gamers negatively talking about her. Also being feminine is not synonymous with being sexy. Our minds weren't in the same place because where you thought of female game character, you thought of this: *

While I thought of something along this:
NSFW but SFP IMO but probably not show
I assumed that you were also talking about the latter, which gave off the vibe that you considered femininity to be the same as sexy.
Anyways, I can't exactly speak for or against your prejudice bc I haven't experienced it, but I'm pretty sure that's not what feminists intend. You've just happened to meet some crappy people.
*Edit: The first picture was broken (thx Crush) so I used another, similar (but worse ): ) picture. Also thats a cuTe skirt so if any of u see it hmu

PANZERFAUST (2016-05-01 02:03:33)"Seriously, why can't there be more girls like this? Being feminine is nothing to be ashamed of if you're a girl. "
Most girls are?
As for "hitting like a girl"... Girls hit differently because their bone/muscle structure is different.
I miss you
PANZERFAUST (2016-05-01 07:07:49)Believe it or not, I'm actually quite feminine in real life, along with 95% of the girls I know.
Maybe our standards for being "feminine" are different?
@Little5 I find the first one way more attractive. Is that odd?

I miss you
PANZERFAUST (2016-05-01 07:19:06)Actually, you can. Not all lesbians are dykes, and not all gays are fags.
Plus, dykes are gross. If I wanted to date a man I would

Not at all, lol, the second looks gross.
I guess someone hasn't heard of lipstick lesbians. I know one and she's a 12/10 QT.

PANZERFAUST (2016-05-03 22:21:36)^ Oh, hey. Sorry I never got that banner done. Believe it or not, it's on my to-do list still.
Back on topic, I don't mind a bit of pseudo-patriarchy. If more girls though less of themselves there'd be even more room for me to Rise Above *cough*Black Flag reference*cough*.
I miss you
Silverkun (2016-05-07 02:41:52)Third wave, modern feminism is about female and nonbinary supremacy, even at the cost of stepping on those they claim to support
Thot destroyer

BirdJesus (2016-05-08 22:04:38)Feminism has always been like that.

"They're "crying" over the characters being too sexy." While this is true, they tend to take that so far to the point where they are attacking femininity. There's this youtube video made by Anita Sarkeesian (founder of a feminist organization). In this video, she explains the sexism of body language in video games, saying: "Watch how a male [character] sits down[...]It's simple, it suggests confidence. When a female character sits down however, it's a completely different story. She sits like a delicate flower. This is supposed to be hardened space warrior, and yet she's sitting around like she's Ariel from the Little Mermaid.". Yup. Even if she's a "hardened space warrior", she can't possibly be feminine while doing so otherwise it's sexualization.
She then goes on to say that female characters who merely walk with a feminine hip sway and wear high heels is sexual...she's essentially saying that being feminine is being "too sexy".
Generally speaking: Men are attracted to women > Women are feminine > Men find femininity attractive...yet saying that femininity is "too sexy to be portrayed in media" is ridiculous. Apparently I must be over-sexualizing myself by simply walking down the street.
There certainly are true cases of over-sexualization in media, and if feminists want to fight against that, then...whatever. (Frankly as long as the audience is appropriate then I don't care), yet they tend to take it so far that any hint of femininity is considered a bad thing. And, as I mentioned before, it goes beyond sexualization: the LikeAGirl movement, the prejudice against women living traditional female roles, etc.. Their intent might not be to destroy femininity, but that's essentially what they're doing.
Perhaps I'm exaggerating, but personally I've been a female my whole life and the only time I've received societal discrimination is when I mention that I want to follow the traditional female gender role. So from my experience, the feminists that are supposed to be supporting women, are apparently oppressing the most natural womanly role: being a feminine woman.
@Mega
"Happy because it's a big "F you" to the feminists."
My mom pretty much said the same thing...and I would agree if I wasn't personally affected by it. I never wanted to join the military, and I can't imagine ever be able to. I couldn't handle that horror...yet because of #GIRLPOWER, being forced to face my worst fear could become a probable reality for me and other weakly women who feel the same.
I question the whole draft thing even for men as well...I don't think anyone should be FORCED to throw themselves into a battle that you might not even agree with. Only so many people can fill the non-combative roles in the military before the only roles left will be the front lines, and adding women to that mass will make it even harder to avoid the violence. And again, who will be left to raise the children?..only the old and weak, if the bill gets through.
Awful, awful situation...it certainly would be a deserved slap to feminists' faces, but it's not worth it.
