Whether it counts or not makes no difference it is still eating, the title is "longest you've gone without eating?" It doesn't specify whether it makes a difference or not.

I didn't say that, I agree completely that it is impressive. I see that, but I'm just saying that it still counts as eating, but doesn't disqualify the time without eating because how little amount it is.
