You're trying to get Carlos demoted because you enjoy "putting people in their place." Carlos is not perfect, and he is not arrogant. Carlos will sometimes jokingly refer to himself as some sort of god-like authority, but that's not how he legitimately views his position. Carlos can get a bit carried away at times, such as his insults towards certain users, but he does legitimately care about the community. You, on the other hand, just want to put Carlos in his place. You do not care about what happens to this site, you only care about proving yourself right.

My bad I suppose. Sorry, I'm going off memory of what I saw back when I was a forum mod. I must have gotten confused with the Deleter 2000, which says something like: "Use of it is logged. Abusers will be demoted and IP banned".
I assume the same thing goes for the Deleter 3000 though, considering the Deleter 3000 is even more powerful.

The Deleter 2000 and 3000 series has never mentioned an IP ban, because I believe, will always believe and have always believed that IP bans are stupid and a waste of time because of the simple evasion for one.
wrt. the issue of using the D3000 for regulating the chatrooms, I leave this issue up to the CM/moderators as I have no particular interest in the matter. I only provide the tools.
