There will always be the one mistake the community managers make. Those people tend to be power-hungry, a sign of change. This is why old friends turn on them. Even if a moderator is not as power-hungry, it stays the same because it has happened before.

Turning your head and moving on in life is a thing so why not do it instead of telling people who are your "friends" about how X user said something bad or made you feel stupid. You're way too sensitive if that is the case and its your fault for letting it get to you.
Just like Fluffeh said, there isn't enough time in the day to go through all the posts and point out how stupid many of which are.
