PSSHHH 'course not. But it's literally the same thing as people who are genetically male or female. If transexuals should be accepted, I don't see why transracials shouldn't be. Rachel got so much societal hate for obvious reasons, but transexuals don't ...why not?

I'm gonna keep this short and sweet:

The traits of a culture and race, aside from superficial features, have barely any basis in genetics. As for the difference between women/men, there's more evidence to support how it differs. Rachel decided she wanted to be black. Transpeople didn't choose to have a gender that's never associated with their sex. They notice something wrong when they're young. Rachel was probably raised around a lot of black culture, so it makes sense for her to identify closely with it. That doesn't mean she's black.

Race is not a feeling, it's who you are. People who are transgender have dysphoria, which make them believe they are the opposite sex. These feelings can cause depression or in severe cases, suicidal tendencies. This is why people transition.
