Nutsy (2016-05-28 15:43:23)The movie came out last year and it looks a tad better. Not everything can have KyoAni's moe, Flux. I'm rather glad Love Live isn't super moe so the characters don't look like lolis. You can also pay attention to to story or character personalities if you're a fag. Now, I don't have anything against moe. Don't think that at all. It's completely fine to enjoy moe every now and then (and I do) and as long as "moe style" animation stays inside it's own little subculture I'll be fine.
Now the thing I intended to post. It's a "live performance" from the movie. Ignore the cg if it isn't your thing.

He went off on a tangent recently about people who watch anime on how they're the reason why our world is becoming messed up and how anime fans fantasize about cartoon characters and will likely end up being pedos and sex offenders.
This was all because some Republicans in Texas posted a few pictures of anime characters on Twitter. I don't really have a strong connection with anime (I'll play some "anime-style" video games, but there aren't any shows I can get into), but I really found it all funny.

The only problem is it's a sequel to the more serious original. So you could watch that first if you'd want.
