@mega- Honestly Chuunibyou is only a bit over average quality-wise and anything not revolving around the central storyline wasn't really entertaining but I'd say it's still worth the watch and not just for Rikka. Still watching the second season so I can't really make a final judgement but as of now I'd say prioritize Eva.
Although if you're watching just for Rikka make it your top priority because Rikka is GOAT.
