"Third gender" can look however they want.

If there were three genders, then all three of them would have to be necessary to produce offspring, right? The only reason (which I can imagine) that three genders would be needed, was if two different substances were needed to fertilize the egg.
First, sperm activates the egg. Then, third gender juice would go in and complete it I guess. Maybe as a sperm activator? Idk.

Partial. Partly. Half. It isn't completely foreign, and just think...
Antibiotics. Medication. They're foreign chemicals that change how your body works, essentially a drug. You ingest or inject them. Some can even kill you or cause serious damage to your body, but no. We have to focus on something against your religion and ignore everything but that one thing. I have nothing against Christianity, Buddhism, Judaism, etc. etc. and I can respect you and your opinions, you have the liberty as a human being to be able to speak your mind as long as you aren't trying to harm others, but I also have that liberty.
People go under all kinds of surgery that is potentially dangerous and can kill you, or paralyze you. My father recently underwent back surgery that had a high risk of paralyzing him, but he's healing just fine and is doing very well.
You can't focus on the negatives all the time, guys! There are still positives as well. I have no doubt sex-changes are dangerous and can cause harm to your body, but many transmen and transwomen have successfully underwent surgery and came out alive and healthy. Hell, not even all transgender people want sexchanges. Some of us are actually comfortable with our bodies and genitals, but only if we're seen as the gender we identify with. Some gender dysphoria comes from social anxiety, or having the fear of not passing.
Sometimes being trans really is just a phase and some people are just gender-confused, but not all the time. This also goes for other gender identities as well!
I agree sex =/= gender, but if you really want to look at gender pertaining only to your sex than so be it. I'm not gonna force you to believe the way I do. But if you really see it that way then there's still more than two genders, being that intersex people exist. Whatever pronouns they feel suit them you should respect honestly. They're still human, like you. They could go by he/she/they/xe/whatever, who am I to tell someone else how to live? Hell, if you want me to call you "it" then I will, if that makes you comfortable (but it is very dehumanizing to refer to someone as "it" unless they ask you to.)
There's a lot I haven't covered here, but this is just what I felt needed to be said.
