I'm going to have to agree with Boo here.
Even if what people might be into sounds off-putting, you might as well just let them be and hope that they have their morals. By that, I mean them being aware that their fantasy might be a bad idea to apply in reality.
For example, people are into something like.. gore. They might have lust for it but usually it doesn't mean they would want to slaughter someone (real entities) or pleasure themselves with a corpse in sight. Hey, I guess The Walking Dead is sure an enjoyable experience for them.

Mega is into quite a bit of stuff, some questionable even. But he's not the only one into the stuff, right?
Consider the previous paragraph. It also applies here. Yes, it implies that there's a possibility that the person with the desire might actually try to make it a reality but from what I saw, I believe he wouldn't do the actual stuff in real life. I could be wrong. How could it be proved, anyhow?
If he's into stuff that is (strictly) illegal to view because of their jurisdiction, he's taking the risk, like anyone else who might share the same lust. That's a lot of people we're speaking of too.
At the end of the day, it's his life. If he messes it up because he does something stupid then that's on him. Who are we to judge? We're not even his parents. Even if we were, we can't really change his tastes. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Of course, I'm not saying that you're not entitled to having an opinion on what anyone's into. You are. Just don't expect the person to change over it (it's pointless).
Personally, I'm all fine with what people are into so long as it doesn't involve real involuntary harm and that the real entity being represented is at the appropriate age.

And yes, I'm implying that fake stuff like artwork (more specifically drawings) they take their time on looking at are okay. It could influence them to make it real but that's a very rare thing. Consider it as something that allows you to be happy without anyone being harmed and landing you in Bubba's cell. (Note: there's exceptions but point is that's usually the case.)
