Jealousy is not an emotion felt due to romantic tension. Many times in real life I have felt small bursts of jealousy due to my friends hanging out with others.
Of corse she would be upset that Pinkie wouldn't be able to do her cheer, its something she had set her heart on, and she would have felt upset regardless of who was cheering.
Yes, Pinkie's rainbow moment was Rainbow, but only becaus of realization that Rainbow wasn't enjoying herself. Again, same thing would have happened if any other pony was in the same situation.
Friends always ask each other to hang out, they dont hang out 24/7, nor were they hanging out at that exact moment.
Wonderbolts Academy- She missed RD, plain and simple, and Pinkie whole freakout was exaggerated for comedy.
