If you're referring to the fact that you think Mate is being biased, I'm not ignoring that, I'm just disagreeing with it.

There are many people who frequently use the chatrooms who are against kiras demotion. You may not know of them or even consider their opinions worth your time, but because of this, Mate has to have a solid reason for demoting kira. He is only doing things fairly. Besides, if all he needs if new evidence that Kiras behavior hasn't improved, then she will be demoted in no time

There's a lot of people who wants Bellamy to stay a moderator. Sure, they may or may not be new users, but either way. And Bellamy and I don't talk much. If we do, it's usually about a subject I hardly know about (ex. TVXQ, SJ, "How's your day?", etc.). It's usually just goes like this:

Super~_~Junior.: @Nait Hi.
SackThing101: Hi. -Seosha

No, I mean Antichrist doesn't seem to see the holes in the whole thing. I have no doubt he sees the Bias thing.

1. Nait demanded NEW evidence. Who cares if it's new or not? She still did it. Whether it just happened, or happened three days ago, Kira still would show crappy modship.

2. He gave us a deadline.
Basically saying that if we can possibly find something wrong, we have to find THREE things wrong before she is unbanned.


Basically, this give Kira an oppurtunity to be good for one month, and then after a month, she goes back, and we can't say anything about it. Because the fact of the matter is, Nait should need any more evidence. There has been a grand total of 4.2 billion threads saying Kira is terrible. Along with just as many screenshots of her falsely banning, flooding, etc. Despite them being new, Nait should have demoted her after the ninth screenshot of her falsely banning. I'm rather ashamed he waited until now to address it, and then addressed it so poorly.

First off, I need new evidence because, one, 90% of the evidence was fake, 4% were misunderstandings, and 6% had nothing to do with Bellamy or moderation. I haven't got any evidence of Bellamy misbehaving. False banning? I haven't seen a legit false ban. No, do not say "Stop being a liar", because you are not me. I have my own inbox. Two, we all need a fresh start. If we didn't get a fresh start, there wouldn't be any chances to improve themselves.

Secondly, I'm giving you a full year. That's 365 or 366 days right there. A "bad" moderator would misbehave more than that in a year, so if they are bad, it should be pretty easy getting someone demoted. If you only get one validity on a moderator and the year passes, their strikes will reset.

Even if Bellamy was "good" for a month, and then turned "bad", Bellamy would still have 335 days (depending on the month) to go through with her "badness". Even after that, Bellamy would still be in constant pressure, so Bellamy cannot misbehave at all.

By the way, there isn't even 4.2 billion threads saying Bellamy is terrible, logically. I don't even think the site has enough data for 4.2 billion threads.

Half the site likes Bellamy's moderating, and the other half doesn't as Nait said.

I agree with what Nait said here => "By the way, there isn't even 4.2 billion threads saying Bellamy is terrible, logically. I don't even think the site has enough data for 4.2 billion threads."

What more evidence do you want other than WiiGi's thread in which gives rational proof. The discussions and the many screenshots are legit proof. And if you've been in the chats when Bellamy changes her attitude and discussion from "KOREAN BLAH BLAH BLAH SPAM SPAM EVERYWHERE" to a normal discussion that does not involve spamming, then that's an issue. I know I don't go in the chats, but it doesn't really matter.

Just because 50% of the community likes her, it does not mean she should remain a moderator. But although the other half does not like her as well ( I am a part of both sides now ), it does not mean you should demote her just yet till the evidence comes in.

Like AntiChrist said, "While carlos11 isn't wrong, I think Nate's motives are to help the mods learn to control themselves and think rationally rather than to just give up on them and have them demoted.Kira is a perfect example of a mod who could use some work. When it comes to learning not to be so self centered, kira may or may not have potential."

Right, and when I said that I was agreeing with his freash start idea. Every moderator is given a chance to redeem themselves if they've done poorly in the past. Also, by freash start he doesn't mean that thing robdeprop did when he shut down the website. He means freash start for moderators.

Let's stop the "you have plenty of evudence from the past" argument and think about this;

Either kira will be demoted or she will stop being rude to people. The problen is already solved. Already solved.

Oh jesus I plead total ignorance. I misunderstood the OP. My mind is a total screw up and thought it was November first through December thirty first. This actually was handled well given the time span being a year.

However, My opinion on his Bias still stands. But at least he isn't clearly giving a way out.
