The release of Pokemon Bank has been delayed for all regions. This delay was officially announced through Nintendo's various social media outlets, linking to a Nintendo Support page explaining the delay. The delay is due to ongoing eShop maintenance, after heavy traffic on the Nintendo Network caused various problems.

What was your reaction to this? How did it feel when you were hours away from transitioning what may be your best Pokemon into 3D, only to have to wait longer? Discuss this below!

I don't really mind. I've already gotten a Piplup, Oshawott, Snivy, Chimchar, and Cyndaquil from the gts.

Let me fix that for you.

Neither Nintendo nor The Pokemon Company has said anything about hacked Pokemon making their way through the Bank. If anything, I'd say that big hack-check system they promised was all a huge bluff.

As for the delay, I'm sure we can all wait a few days. Various Pokemon that are unobtainable in normal Pokemon X and Y gameplay are already being distributed through the GTS, thanks in no small part to the Japanese players who downloaded Pokemon Bank before it was taken off of the eShop.

Ugh. Nintendo has really been being stupid since the supposed release of Flipnote. They don't realize how much people there are that will use the services they release that they go low on their servers and they crash. Then they just go, "Oops, well get back to it later." And they don't do crap. Its just bull now, delaying everything that is supposed to be released.
