3DSPLAZA USERS' NOTICE BOARD
This thread will host the content of the monthly best in the following categories.
There will be one usernames in each category, the best in that category. The watchers will choose the the best in each category according to the instructions given to them. There will be enough watchers that one of them will be online every time. The list of watchers will be just below the categories. This thread is not official, but I am starting this to make my time on 3DSPlaza productive and fun for most of you. The watchers will be selected by observing the most interested users and users that are mostly online. I am expecting appreciations and your problems in the comment boxes.

INSTRUCTIONS TO WATCHERS
Watchers should follow the instructions to choose the best. The worst behaved user would obviously be listed in the worst list, I don't think It requires any rules. You should choose the worst moderator by checking his work, and behavior with normal users and moderators. We(watchers) will discuss the best and the worst before posting his username. Don't conclude any moderator or user into the worst list because of your personal misunderstandings. You should not try to be a moderator just because you are assigned to be a watcher. A watcher can only watch the users behavior and attitude but not warn him. Do your work silently and cleverly, no other users should know that you are watching them (
PLEASE NOTE THAT WATCHERS WILL ALSO KEEP AN EYE ON EACH OTHER AS WATCHERS MAY ALSO BE ON THE BEST OR THE WORST LIST!
But ofcourse no favoritism.
