If you were made community manager for a day, what users on this site would you promote/demote? Be honest.

This reminds me of that one episode of spongebob where Mr. Krabs fires Patrick, then after realizing Patrick didn't work in the Krusty Krab in the first place, he hires him, only to fire him moments later.
