You should try drawing on paper, it's way easier.

Just gonna skip to the point.
Sketch:
What I don't like about it:
-The neck. It's misplaced.
-The arms. They just look weird.

-The coloring. It looks like a two year old did it.
-The "shadow" that's supposed to cover his eyes. It just looks like hair
-It looks like "he" is wearing a dress.
