Immature people on this website have been given power. When power is given to someone immature, not matter how small the amount of power is, their egos will explode just as it clearly has for bellamy.

They refuse to listen to reason, because they believe now that since they have some authority here, that they are smarter and that only their say on any matter is the only one that matters whatsoever. Anyone else who disagrees with them, in their mind is the opposite of what they see themselvs as.

I'm not sure if I agree that SackThing101 is not a good community manager. From what I've seen, he does an ok job.

Nait is a decent community manager. But my conversation with him suggests immaturity and bias. Which is not a good quality for a position of power. Thank you, also, for dumbing it down.

Welp. People who don't come into the chats often obviously won't see why mega was demoted. Remember though mega asked for full demotion from every moderator position.

Despite what everybody believes, this is not about Mega. I mentioned him as an aneqdote. It is about the immature attitudes that Bellamy and Nait have about banning him. Not so much Nait though. Our staff doesn't care about what the users think. I would have still posted this thread even if Mega was never banned or demoted. Stop making this about Spencer.

For some reason everyone has this notion that if you're a moderator, you're allowed to break rules. So when a moderator breaks rules and is banned fairly like everyone else, people start to scream bloody murder towards the community manager.

Now, if decisions were supposed to be made by the normal users, we wouldn't have moderators in the first place.

I strive for the position to have a chance to change the website for the better. Nait is a good staffer, aside from his Immaturity and Bias. Bellamy needs to grow the hell up. I have a great deal of respect for your opinion, Solarfusion. Thank you for voicing it.

For the last time, I do believe Spencers punishment was just. What i'm saying, is that Nait and Bellamy were so immature and arrogent about it. Like it's a victory rather than a sad loss. Like a professional would. Had Bellamy announced "I unfortunately had to Ban Spencer per request by Oliver, due to inappropriacies." Instead of "I banned spencer for bein inappropriate." and then waiting to tell us that Oliver made the decision until we got mad, then This thread would not exist and there would be no problem. Especially considering a moderator like Bellamy refused to accept all critisicm about his attitude from me and a fellow moderator.(fluxercry) Simply replying with "I don't care about what pixels on a screen think of me." Which furthermore negates him as moderator because his JOB is to care about the users.
