Both are equally trouble causing while being for totally different reasons. After all, things are usually less of a big deal to society if done by a female.
If a man gropes a woman on the subway, a
storm will ensue. If you switch around the sexes, the reactions would be way less severe. When women start or get into trouble, it's overlooked but I'd say we do just as much as men.

In my classroom: Males. Although there are little to not as much females in my class, the guys in my class are more of the trouble makers.
Outside of school: It's an equal amount. Most of what iRosalinaStar said.
I'll be checking in on this site from time to time. It's not as good as it used to be, but it wouldn't hurt to check in.
