What I'm thinking is that it could be used for playing silly games 4chan style with dubs/trips/quads and so on.
For example, (Todays Date) 03:15:11 <That would be Dubs. you hopefully get it.
I hope this hasn't been already done, I'm new here.

I think they're referring to that 4chan game where users try to guess their post number before they post, but in this case we would be guessing our timestamp or something...which, if you look at a clock, it could be a guaranteed estimate. Not sure if that's what they mean, though
