i was on the youtube homepage and saw a suggested video about it and i was like "wtf the nx was revealed?!" and went to nintendo's website and it turned out to be true

I'm not moving this to Gaming because that board is dead.

I'm excited for this thing. It's what the Wii U should have been from the start.

How the hell is this the NX? Well... Im not saying that its not the console but its not really called NX, its technically called Nintendo Switch. The NX doesn't stand for that.

Um, the NX is still the name of the console. It's a codename.
Just like the gamecube is dolphin, or the wii is revolution, or wii u is cafe.

I like NX as a name MUCH MUCH more than Switch though.

As for the console itself,
