...It was a joke. From 2012. The rules on SocialNeko are the rules from 3DSHub me and Skittles wrote back then, just slightly altered. I'm a mod on SocialNeko and do a crappy job, and I'm a review writer (newsposter? IDEK) here and do absolutely nothing (This is my first post in MONTHS). I will agree with everyone here that the community on SocialNeko is garbage.
