The above Ayah has the word "Rabbul Alameen" in it for Allah(SWT), which means "The God of the worlds". Not Earth, many worlds that may exist in this universe.
So yeah if a scientist came with a solid proof of the intelligent life outside Earth. At least I will not be surprised as this was told to us 1400 years ago.
